God wants to weave each one of us into the fabric of His community, the church; He wants us to explore the joy and the life that flows from partnering with the church and discover how God intended us to be a part of a community that is to be an unstoppable, transforming force in every society on the planet.
The history of the Christian Church reveals that those who were new to the community of faith received established teachings that helped them understand, not just the values of that church, but the purpose and vision of the church. Acts 2 tells us these new converts actually devoted themselves to these teachings. As a result there wasn't just a cognitive understanding of the principles and practices of Christian living but they were clearly able to embrace the heart and vision of their church, their community of faith.
Classes start on 10th February and will be every Friday, 7.30pm at St John's.
Childcare will be provided at the classes, so please let us know if you will be bringing children as this helps us to organise volunteers. Classes run for 15 weeks and New Partners Morning (when you will be officially brought into the Church as Partners) is Sunday 27th May.

At Harvest City Church we believe it's a significant and important decision when a follower of Christ decides to plant themselves in a local church, believing this is where the Lord has led them. If you're feeling that the Lord has led you to HCC and you would like to partner with this community of faith we invite you to participate in the Partnership Classes. The Partnership Class is an awesome opportunity to not just learn about the heritage, values and practices that have made HCC what it is, but it also provides a wonderful opportunity to get to know the pastoral team and be weaved into the fabric of this community as you develop some very meaningful and lasting friendships.
We would love for you to enter into Partnership with us! If you would like to know more about Partnership and what we at Harvest City believe, you can buy a copy of our Partnership Guide online or from the Church Bookshop. You will need a copy if you sign up to the Class.
