Monday Night Football
Got those Monday blues? Feeling sluggish and lazy? Or are you fighting fit and going out of your mind with boredom? Whatever you are feeling, football is the cure!
Come and join us every Monday night at 8.30pm for a friendly game on the pitches at St Margarets Pastures Sports Centre, just off St Margarets Way (A6).We ask for £2.50 per person to cover the cost of hiring the pitch.

Ladies Keep Fit
Ladies Keep Fit is an opportunity to meet up with a group of ladies and have a chat and a laugh while maintaining your temple! (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)
We meet every Monday evening at 7-8pm at Harvest City Church to do aerobics and dance to help us keep fit. The cost of this activity is £1 per session.

Whatever your age or fitness level you are welcome to come and join in, however, you must take responsibility for your own health and well-being. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for weight loss, fitness or injuries!
Please come in comfortable clothes (joggers and t-shirts) and trainers, and bring a water bottle. If you want, you can bring small hand weights too (non-essential). For more info speak to Sarah Woods.

Your fitness and skill levels are unimportant, what is important is that you get involved! We guarantee you will have fun and make good friends in the process!
