Excel is our exciting new men's group, and is open to guys aged 16 and over.
Headed up by Neil Gallagher, one of our Core Leaders, Excel is here to help foster and develop friendships between the men of the church.
Based on the principle in Deuteronomy 28:13 that men should be "the head and not the tail", Excel aims to push the men of Harvest City Church onto the next level of faith so they can achieve all that God has in store for them.
We don't have a regular meeting time as it depends on the planned activity. Details of our next event will appear here first, so make sure you check back regularly to find out what's going on!
Next Excel Event
The next Excel event will be a Pizza & Bowling Night on Thursday 29th April, 6-9pm.
We will be returning to Meridian Park, Lubbesthorpe Way Braunstone, Leicester, LE19 1JZ. Tickets are available from the Church Bookshop at £10 per person which includes unlimited pizza and one game of 10-pin bowling. We will meet at Pizza Hut at 6pm. Please get your tickets asap so we can confirm numbers.

Whilst we have a few men-only meetings with guest speakers, the main focus of Excel is on relationships - we are A Church About People after all! There will be meals, days out and plenty of opportunities to just get together with like-minded guys and chill out. This means that Excel is a great opportunity to invite your friends to church without the sometimes overwhelming experience of a Sunday service, where they can meet Christian guys, see how we live and what Jesus has done for us without the need for preaching.
