Core Leaders
Working with the Senior Pastors and Elders we have a team of Core Leaders. These couples share in the leadership of the Church and have individual areas of responsiblity.
Our Pastors and Elders are only able to fulfil their purposes because they have a strong, reliable and faithful team of Core Leaders backing them up. The Core Leaders have hundreds of jobs, but their most important is looking after the family! Wherever you see something happening at Harvest City, there will be a Core Leader behind it making sure things get done!
Ian and Tracey Mann
Ian and Tracey are very busy! As well as leading a Harvest Group, Ian runs the PA team and plays guitar in the worship band, and is also a worship leader and speaker. Tracey runs the Creative Arts group and has a hand in many of the ladies events.
Paul and Tanya Goffin
Paul and Tanya are both regular speakers at Harvest City and head up the New Horizons group for the over 50s. Paul often MCs special events and Tanya runs the catering team and is behind the new-commers meals. They also run a Harvest Group.
Mark and Hester Bradshaw
Mark and Hester are heading up our Connect ministry, encouraging people to get out and about and develop their relationships outside the Church building! They also lead a Harvest Group and Mark is also an occasional speaker at Church and a regular travel companion for Pastor Chip.
Peter and Princess Moyo
Peter and Princess are both part of the Choir, and Peter plays guitar, bass and drums in the worship band whilst Princess provides vocals. They are heavily involved in our Partnership Classes and in city outreach, as well as leading a Harvest Group.
Luxmore and Patience Mizha
Luxmore and Patience are both members of the Choir and both lend their voices as backing singers as part of the worship team. They run a Harvest Group in Braunstone and Luxmore also speaks occasionally on Tuesdays.
Neil and Ruth Gallagher
The newest members of the team, Neil and Ruth run the City Harvest Group. Neil is also a regular speaker at Tuesday Night Live and heads up the Excel men's group with the aim of helping to foster and develop friendships between the men of the church.
