Loyalty and Leadership
Loyalty is very much needed in today’s world. As we build church - working together with one voice, moving in one direction - loyalty helps us achieve the goals and destiny God has for us.
The Lord never rewards disloyalty! Loyalty to God, His House and your leaders is very much a Biblical principle that is non-negotiable.
Jesus said, “No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other” (Matthew 6:24 NIV). Attempting to serve two masters leads to “double-mindedness” (James 4:8), undermining loyalty to a cause (James 5:2). “Precious in the eyes the Lord, is the death of his loyal ones” (Psalms 116:15).
